Calf muscles affect our daily activities to strengthen the legs and toes. This will facilitate our activities especially for those of us who do more activities besides sitting. Our leg muscles can become stronger.

That’s why it’s important for us to build calf muscles. Here are some exercises that we can do. Take it easy, do not need training that is too heavy, we just need to be consistent.

– Standing Calf Raise

Standing Calf exercise is very simple to do but it certainly has benefits that are worth doing.

This exercise can strengthen and also tighten our calf muscles. The way to do this exercise is to stand near the wall to maintain balance, then open your feet shoulder-width apart, then gently press the tips of your feet to tiptoe and keep your body upright.

– Raise the calf in a sitting position

We can use a chair to do this exercise. The way you sit in a chair and slowly press your toes to raise your heels as high as possible, and repeat.

– Often do cardio sports like running, hiking, or even walking

Activities that we often do every day such as running or walking can strengthen calf muscles, but with a note must have a more intense quality of time.

Occasionally also do mountain climbing with your friends. Of course, it’s fun and it’s good for your calf muscles.
